30 Hour Adventure Race
REV3Endurance Knox Xtreme 30 Hour Adventure Race. We have a new design for the 2026 edition. This is our 5th year hosting the race and we are celebration by adding a 30 Event this year!!! The 30 hour race will focus on 5 elements. It will have a 20+ mile paddle, Greenway trails and roads, Urban trekking and five different mountain bike courses. Are you ready for this intermediate level adventure race that pushes you to your limits? We have a great course for you to run, bike, paddle, and navigate your way around South Knoxville and the Urban Wilderness. The estimated distance for the 30 hour race will be around 80 - 100 Miles. The breakdown will be 20 + miles of paddling, 12+ miles of trekking and 60+ miles of biking. You will be hitting trails in some of South Knoxville's best mountain biking parks (MTB Areas: Fort Dickerson Quarry, Stanley Lippencott Park, Baker Creek Preserve, Marie Myers Park, William Hastie Nature Area, Burnett Creek Easement, Forks of the River Wildlife Area and Meads Quarry Park). Race solo and push your limits or grab a group of your friends and form a team. We will give you a map and some basic rules to follow. You will then set out on your adventure to get checkpoints by hiking, biking and paddling to different checkpoints. This course is designed to push your limits and you may not clear the course. The course will have 5 to 6 legs and at lease on mental or physical challenge during the race.
8 Hour Adventure Race
REV3Endurance Knox Xtreme 8 Hour Adventure Race. Are you ready for this intermediate level adventure race? We have a great course for you to run, bike, paddle, and navigate your way around South Knoxville. The estimated distance for the 6 hour race will be around 20 - 30 Miles. The breakdown will be 1+ mile of paddling, 5+ miles of trekking and 20+ miles of mountain biking/pavement. You will be hitting trails in some of South Knoxville's best mountain biking and greenway trail. Race solo and push your limits or grab a group of your friends and form a team. We will give you a map and some basic rules to follow. You will then set out on your adventure to get checkpoints by hiking, biking and paddling to different checkpoints. The team with the most points in the allotted time will win. It's a fun event and you and your friends will get to experience the adventure of finding all the different checkpoints spread across South Knoxville and the Urban Wilderness.

Race Packet Pickup
Packet pickup location will be at Knoxville Adventure Collective - 900 Volunteer Landing Ln, Knoxville, TN 37915. It is required that all forms be completely filled out and signed for each member of your team. If you signed up online all your forms are already signed. You will get your race t-shirt, race map, Rules Of Travel and race numbers at packet pick-up. The morning of the race you will need to check in again to receive your Race Passport to get credit for all checkpoints on the course.

Equipment Provided By Rev3Endurance
All gear necessary for water portions of the race will be provided. This may include, but not limited to: Watercraft (Stand Up Paddle Boards, Kayaks or Canoes), paddles, and PFDs. Race maps, race passport, post race snacks and drinks and (ROT) Rules of Travel will also be provided by REV3Endurance.

Mandatory Equipment (Responsibility of each team and\or Racer)
REV3Endurance will be checking randomly throughout the race for mandatory equipment. Missing mandatory equipment will result in points being decreased from your total score.
Mandatory Equipment
​At all times during the race each racer must have in their possession the following equipment unless otherwise stated in the rules of travel:

Hydration system (hydration pack, water bottle, etc. with capacity to carry at least 2 liters)

Headlamp with extra batteries (30 Hour Only)

Knife with a minimum 2.5-inch blade (30 Hour Only)

Emergency blanket or bag (30 Hour Only)

1 long-sleeve wool blend or other type of insulated top (no cotton) (30 Hour Only)

Fleece/wool hat/buff (30 Hour Only)

Waterproof jacket (30 Hour Only)

Closed-toe shoes must be worn during the entire race (no bare feet or open-toe sandals) (30 Hour Only)
While biking each racer additionally must have:

Emergency First Aid kit – Teams may use the Adventure Medical Kit Ultralight 0.7 or build their own kit as long as the kit contains the following listed required contents. (8) 2x2 or 3x3 sterile dressing, (2) 3x4 non adherent sterile dressing, (1) conforming gauze bandage, (4) 1x3 adhesive bandage, (3) knuckle adhesive bandage, (1) tape ½”x 10 yards, (1) swift wrap elastic bandage, (8) 200-mg ibuprofen, (2) antihistamine (Diphenhydramine), (2) afterbite sting relief, (1) moleskin, (5) towelettes, (3) antibiotic ointment, (1) tincture of benzoin, (3) butterfly closure bandage, (2) pair nitrile gloves, (1) tweezer,(3) safety pins, (1) duct tape.

We will offer sweet and salty snacks and beverages as post race refreshments. Please bring some beverages and snacks with you. All racer that are legal age will receive a free beer at the finish line.
Results
Unofficial results will be announced at the awards ceremony and post-race official results will be posted to our web site 24 – 48 hour after the event.

A $10.00 supplemental race insurance will be charged to all racers. This will be charged at race check-in. The policy is only activated for racers who are actually on the race course on race day.
